PLEASE NOTE: This small event requires us to put down non-refundable deposits. Like any ticketed event, unless it is cancelled by us, your ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE, but you are welcome to give it away or sell it.

Due to the nature of this event, please wait until after we give you the go ahead that this event is FOR SURE HAPPENING before you make major plans or purchase your airline ticket. We will let you know by February 20th, 2025.

If we don't have enough interest in this event we will refund you by February 27th, 2025.
